Samsung Foundry: RDC Sign-Off for Low Power SoCs
Abstract:
This case study covers Samsung Foundry’s RDC Sign-Off with reset grouping methodology for low-power SoCs, as presented at DAC 2022. Samsung successfully reduced the noise in violation reporting by about 86 percent over their prior method. Samsung Foundry deploys Real Intent Meridian RDC in this flow.
